This limited edition 2022 Shiraz is made from premium Hunter Valley fruit sourced from Lusby's Lot Vineyard. It is a true expression of Hunter Valley Shiraz, with elegant earthy undertones from the exquisite Hunter terroir harmonising with a fruit forward winemaking approach. Old School winemaking methods are honoured throughout this process, with a nod to the classical Hunter Burgundy’s of old.

Tasting Notes: A harmonious balance of dark chocolate cherry ripe, and baked mixed berry and rhubarb pie, connected by hints of vanilla, spiced and rich floral aromas and cigar box on the nose.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Winemaking: Cold Soaked in open pot fermenters, and pumped over religiously. This wine fermented on skins for 2 weeks before being pressed off and matured in New French and American Oak hogsheads, for a period of 8 months before being gently clarified with minimal egg products and undergoing a light filtration.
